Diversity Matters.

Nossaman is a firm that welcomes and supports diversity in all its forms; racial, gender, political, cultural, religious, generational, and sexual orientation. As individuals within a firm, we are comfortable with and seek out diversity in our professional and personal communities.

Our internal Diversity Committee is proactive - working to recruit, develop, and retain diverse attorneys and staff. Our efforts include:

  • Having firm attorneys serve as board members of various bar associations and organizations promoting diversity.
  • Sponsoring professional internships in our offices for minority high school students.
  • Co-sponsoring outside diversity events and job fairs.
  • Working with the larger legal community to network and promote diversity goals and principles.
  • Adopting firm policies allowing for more flexible schedules.

We recognize that the entire legal field, including Nossaman, still has a long way to go to achieve a highly diverse professional community. We know it is a worthwhile commitment that will add value to the firm and our clients, and we continue to explore ways to enhance our commitment.
